Bordon was a straight-laced, passionless conservative architect who was primarily occupied with his engagement to fiance Jesse (Elizabeth McGovern). Jesse, meanwhile, had fallen in love with Craig (Hank Azaria), her co-worker at a recording studio. Bordon was so blind to this romantic triangle that he even attempted to enlist Craig's services in producing an album of Bordon's own karioke singing, recorded under the pseudonym "the architect formerly known as Elliot."

 If Not for You

Brady, Michael Paul, (Robert Reed) L.A, CA

The Brady Bunch ABC 1969-74

Heck, I've been fired lots of times"

-Mike Brady, from episode 91 "How to Succeed in Business"

Michael Brady was a newlywed conservative corporate architect who fused the ideals of the traditional nuclear family with the structure of the recombinant step-family. Brady lived with wife, six children, a live-in maid, and dog in banal suburban home designed by self. He displayed priority of family harmony over professional allegiance on many occasions: youngest son Bobby felt unloved so Brady cancelled an important meeting to buy Bobby a bike; when wife Carol became jealous of exotic client Beebe Gallini, Brady suggested that Gallini find another architect; when oldest son Greg worked at the firm as a runner, lost important sketches, and was fired, Brady convinced his superiors to rehire Greg who then lost more sets of plans.

In my opinion the most unforgetable epioode, was when Mr. Bradey was hired to design the new city hall, right on the very park "Woodland" that the kids played at and loved so much. Mr. Bradey risked his job and fought for the park.. BE

Darling, Marshall (Joe O'Conner)

Clarissa Explains It All Nickelodeon 1992-1994

Darling was a standard representation of the architect as middle aged family man. The only non-network architect to date, Darling displayed a conscientious side (seen by his purchasing of family groceries in environmentally conscious "earth bags") yet his architectural convictions were ill-defined and he easily slipped into simple-minded boob mode.
