Biodiesel is a renewable alternative to petrodiesel that is produced from vegetable oils, animal fats, or recycled restaurant grease. The Biodiesel group at Cal Poly is a multidisciplinary team of engineers, chemists, biologists, agronomists and others interested in regenerative processes to solve this crisis. |
