	08/07/2007	CE 499 Class Policies	For those of who are interested in taking Concrete Canoe as a technical elective class, please read and acknowledge the policies. The class fulfills two (2) tech elective units per quarter for a period of two (2) quarters. Prerequisite for class: junior or senior status, captains' and advisor's approvals.

Forms

	09/14/2007	Reimbursement Form	This reimbursement form is for Concrete Canoe Team only. Students requesting for reimbursement are required to obtain approvals from Department Chair (Professor Coduto) and Concrete Canoe Advisor (Professor Kitch). Forms can be filled out either manually or electronically, and submitted in hard copy, attached with relevant proof of purchase (receipts), to Administrative Support Coordinator Angela Hicks.
