When and where is the conference being held?

The Pacific Southwest Regional Conference (PSWRC) will be held April 2-4, 2009 at the University of Hawaii at Manoa.

Do I have to be a member of ASCE?

Yes, being an ASCE member is required to attend conference. ASCE national number is also a requirement.

What is the deadline to register for conference?

The deadline for early registration is Thursday, January 29^th.

How much does it cost to attend conference?

The cost for early registration (before January 29^th) is $90.00.

The Cost for late registration (after January 29^th) is $120.00.

What is included in the registration cost?

What Hotel is Cal Poly ASCE staying at?

Cal Poly ASCE attendees will be staying at the ResortQuest Waikiki Sunset Hotel.

The ResortQuest Waikiki Sunset Hotel is located around 3 miles away from the Univeristy of Hawaii at Manoa.

Do I need to make reservations at the hotel separately?

Cal Poly ASCE will reserve your hotel room automatically after you provide a proof of registration, and a confirmation of your flight ticket.

Last day to reserve a hotel room by Cal Poly ASCE is February 28, 2009.

What airport is closest to the conference location?

The University of Hawaii at Manoa and the Resortquest Waikiki Sunset Hotel are both served by the Honolulu International Airport.

Is Transportation from Hotel to School Provided?

Cal Poly ASCE will be renting two mini vans to transport students from the Hotel to the University and from University to Hotel at certain times.
