When and where is the conference being held?

The Pacific Southwest Regional Conference (PSWRC) will be held April 8-10, 2010 in Las Vegas.

Do I have to be a member of ASCE?

Yes, being an ASCE member is required to attend conference. ASCE national number is also a requirement.

What is the deadline to register for conference?

The deadline for early registration is Thursday, January 29^th.

How much does it cost to attend conference?

The cost for early registration (before January 29^th) is $90.00.

The Cost for late registration (after January 29^th) is $120.00.

What is included in the registration cost?

What Hotel is Cal Poly ASCE staying at?

Do I need to make reservations at the hotel separately?

Cal Poly ASCE will reserve your hotel room automatically after you provide a proof of registration.

Is Transportation from Hotel to School Provided?

Cal Poly ASCE will be renting two mini vans to transport students from the Hotel to the University and from University to Hotel at certain times.

Where do I turn in my registration form ?

1.   ASCE general meetings.

2.   To one of our Conference Chairs.

3.   Angie’s office (CE department), ASCE mail box
