Progress Reports

Project Start Date

A project's official start date is designated as the day that approved funding actually becomes available to the project director. Single and multi-year project anniversary dates are celebrated in twelve month intervals commencing on each project's designated start date.

Interim and Annual Reports

Interim and Annual Reports are due to the campus coordinator on a fiscal year basis in accordance with the following timeline, notwithstanding a project's designated start date.

1st Friday of November - Interim Reports due to campus coordinators

4th Monday of each July - Multi-year annual reports due to campus coordinators

In the event that a scheduled interim report due date precedes a project start date, only an annual report is required. Single-year projects which do not request a no-cost extension require only an interim and final report. If a no-cost extension is approved for one or more years, an additional annual report is required.

No-Cost Extensions

The campus coordinator may approve up to two separately requested one year no-cost extensions when requested by a project director. The project director must complete a No-Cost Extension Request/Justification form and submit the completed form to the Campus Coordinator dwstill@csupomona.edu and the Admin. Support Coord., amfrontino@csupomona.edu.

Requests for no-cost extensions received after the expiration date of the original award or previous no-cost extension normally will NOT BE HONORED except in extremely rare instances. Under no circumstances shall any no-cost extension exceed a combined maximum period of more than two years. The request for the no-cost extension must be received by the campus coordinator no later than 30 days prior to the expiration date of the original award or previous no-cost extension period.
