Call for Proposals

This year, for the first time, all ARI proposals must be submitted through the ARI web-based Proposal Submission and Routing System (PSRS). While the submission methodology (i.e. submission via the web) has significantly changed, all other related ARI policies, procedures, and proposal requirements are unchanged.

PSRS is accessible on the ARI web site at http://ari.calstate.edu.

***No proposal hardcopy submissions are requested or will be accepted. FY2010-11 ARI proposals will only be accepted through the online Proposal Submission and Routing System (PSRS). This is a change from previous years’ submission protocols.

The Call for Proposal document should only be used for reference.

• The following percentages should be used when calculating benefit amounts.
  • Students - 6%
  • Part-Time Staff - 13%
  • Full-Time Staff - 44%
  • Summer Salary - 13%
  • Faculty Release - 0%
