Building Enclosure Sustainability Symposium
The California Polytechnic State University Pomona and Simpson Gumpertz & Heger Inc. (SGH) are hosting a technical symposium entitled "High Performance Building Enclosures-Practical Sustainability." The symposium will provide a forum for industry professionals, academic leaders, and students to discuss the state-of-the-art in sustainable building enclosure design.  Its focus will be the practical applications of implementing sustainability for the built environment, while considering the design and cultural and aesthetic context of building enclosures.

We invite the submission of papers that demonstrate practical experience with sustainable enclosure design, construction, and operations. The Symposium will be held on the Cal Poly Pomona campus on April 30-May 1, 2010. For more information, or to submit a paper (by February 15, 2010), please visit http://www.sgh.com/bess2010.
