Dissertation: The effect of perceptual fluency in consumer’s
aesthetic evaluation of apparel products in online shopping malls.
An online experimental study that examines the effect of
perceptual fluency (the ease of processing visual information) on
online shoppers’ aesthetic evaluation of products and websites.
Time pressure (a situational condition) and fashion involvement (a
personality variable) are also added in the causal relationship to
investigate the interactions between the level of perceptual
fluency and these moderators.

Thesis: The image of femme fatale in contemporary fashion.
A qualitative study that investigates how iconic image and
symbolic meaning of femme fatale was created throughout history
by examining various examples of paintings, movies, and literature
and how the visual realization of femme fatale was manifested
within contemporary fashion design. Art criticism theories and
women’s study theories provided the theoretical framework for the
analysis.
