Poly @lumni E-Newsletter SEPTEMBER 2004
As a new crop of students begin their educational journeys this fall, Cal Poly Pomona prepares for the start of classes Sept. 23. Speaking of crops, this issue of Poly @lumni will highlight upcoming fall events, such as The Collins School's Harvest Auction and the College of Agriculture's Pumpkin Festival. Meanwhile, if the mere mention of crops and gourds is giving you the munchies, then you'll go nuts over the spotlight on foods & nutrition alumna Michelle Wien and her research on almonds in diets. Happy harvesting — and reading!
