Relax and enjoy the summer while connecting with friends and the university. Enjoy an evening baseball game with alumni and their families at Angel Stadium. Or, drop by the Career Center for workshops to improve your interview skills and resume. As summer draws to a close, the College of Business Administration will unveil its new three-building complex, and alumni are invited to the celebration. In late September, the Alumni Association will host its annual golf tournament at South Hills Country Club in West Covina. |

Through activities and clubs, they forced me to break my mold. I met really amazing people. Then one thing led to another and now I'm graduating, I have a full time job, and I've traveled the country.

Budget Follow-Up
With the final state budget signed into law last month, we want to thank you for your efforts with the legislature and governor to convince them to protect the CSU and higher education from further cuts. With your efforts our budget will remain essentially flat if voters support the governor’s initiative on the November ballot. If the initiative fails, however, the CSU will be faced with additional significant cuts at the same time we are dealing with a nearly $1 billion deficit from previous reductions. |
