Poly @lumni E-Newsletter APRIL 2009

Congratulations to the Men’s Basketball team for a historic season, reaching the national championship game of the 2009 NCAA Tournament! Good luck in the finals on Saturday! As spring quarter begins, there are plenty more reasons to celebrate, including the Distinguished Alumni Awards event and anniversary festivities for the Lyle Center and the CIS Department. In May, the campus community will celebrate National Foster Care month, and it’s fitting that this issue of Poly @lumni spotlights Enrique Montiel, ’06 Sociology, a former foster youth and model of success for the Renaissance Scholars program.
