The Collins College and Cal Poly Pomona are hosting the second wine, food and arts tour of Italy to the northern regions of Piedmont, Veneto and Trentino. The tour is led by Dr. Robert Small, emeritus professor and former dean of the Collins College, who led last year’s Collins/Cal Poly Pomona trip to Tuscany. The tour highlights visits to international and small family owned wineries, the Alba White Truffle Festival, cultural and architectural tours of Verona and Padova, cheese class with local cheese expert, a private pizza making class, and meals at distinctive restaurants and wineries.
