As a good networking resource and campus reconnection outlet, Cal Poly Pomona Alumni Association chapters serve the cultural and practical interests of alumni. Alumni can choose from ten active chapters* — or perhaps even form a new one. Chapter activities benefit not only the members themselves, but also the university and Cal Poly Pomona students as well.

Rose
Float The biggest event for the Rose Float Alumni Chapter is of course the annual joint float project built by Cal Poly Pomona and Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. A new, grand design changes every year, and debuts in the annual Tournament of Roses Parade in Pasadena on New Year's Day. The Cal Poly floats have won many Tournament awards since its inception. In 2010 the Cal Poly float made history by winning the Bob Hope Humor Trophy and the Viewers' Choice Award, which is voted by the public.
