This year we celebrate the 70th Anniversary of the College of Agriculture, which is the founding college at Cal Poly Pomona. We welcome you to be a part of our two day celebration marking 70 years of agricultural education and meeting the challenges of tomorrow.

The College of Ag is inviting its "Ag Family" of alumni, donors, sponsors, students, faculty, staff, and campus friends to celebrate the College's 70th anniversary at a special banquet and silent auction on Saturday evening, March 21. It will be a fun-filled evening of sharing memories, our present, and our vision for the future. The reception begins at 5:00 pm. Come socialize with your former classmates and professors. Light hors de ourvres will be served. No host bar. Proceeds from the silent auction will provide academic enrichment for our various departments and programs. The buffet dinner will feature many of your favorites from the kitchen of Kellogg West Catering Services as well as the Cal Poly Pomona Jazz Band, a video tribute and many more surprises. Business attire is the suggested dress for this event.
The Cal Poly and surrounding communities are invited to attend the special anniversary horse show and deep pit BBQ on Sunday, March 22. A real deep pit BBQ will be available from 12:00 Noon until 2:00 pm. along with various activities at AGRIscapes.
Reservations are required for the banquet dinner and barbeque luncheon. RESERVATIONS ARE NO LONGER BEING ACCEPTED.
A block of rooms has been reserved at Kellogg West Conference Center & Lodge located on the Cal Poly Pomona campus. The cost of a room is $89.00 double occupancy or $79.00 single occupancy. You may make a reservation by calling (909) 869-2222 and identifying yourself as an attendee of the College of Agriculture's 70th Anniversary Celebration.
A block of rooms has also been reserved at the Shilo Hilltop Suites located just five minutes from the Cal Poly Pomona campus. The cost of a room is $109.00 double occupancy and includes a buffet breakfast and free shuttle service to the Ontario airport and to the Cal Poly Pomona campus. You may make a reservation by calling (909) 598-7666. The Shilo is located at 3101 Temple Avenue, Pomona, CA 91768-3283. Please identify yourself as an attendee of the College of Agriculture's 70th Anniversary Celebration and ask for Fe (Fay) Bildy in reservations.

From the I-10 San Bernardino Freeway traveling east or west, take the Kellogg Drive exit. Shortly after exiting the freeway, Kellogg Drive will split;
Banquet – stay to the left. Take Kellogg Drive to the first traffic light. Turn right onto Gum Lane and then left into Parking Lot C. F-7 on map

From the 60 Pomona Freeway traveling east, follow "Jct. 57 North" onto the 57 Orange Freeway and take the Temple Ave. exit. Turn left. Follow Temple Ave;
