Hospitality Leaders Part of Distinguished Lectureship Series
May 16 and 30 Club and wine experts address “Issues in the Hospitality Industry in the Coming Decade” as part of the Richard N. Frank Lectureship Series.
Upcoming lectures include:
May 16: Joe Perdue, academic adviser for Club Managers Association of America
May 30: Brad Vassar, executive vice president and general manager, Southern Wine & Spirits of America
Each lecture will take place from 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. in the Wine Auditorium followed by a reception in the lobby of The Restaurant at Kellogg Ranch from 2:30 p.m. to 3 p.m.
The Richard N. Frank Lectureship Series was established in 1988 to provide students with a unique opportunity to hear directly from the industry's leaders as they bring hospitality management to life through their own real-world experiences. Lawry's Restaurants Inc. chairman Richard N. Frank, a long-standing advocate and supporter of The Collins School of Hospitality Management, donated a grant to establish an endowment creating the lectureship series.
