April 8 — The College of the Extended University is offering a class called Chocolate Lovers Delight. This class will teach the secrets of making delicious truffles, chocolate mousse and a melt-in-your-mouth chocolate soufflé.

The class is held April 8 from 10 a.m. to noon in the demo auditorium at the Collins School of Hospitality Management, Bldg. 79, Rm 147. Class includes a demonstration, presentation and tasting of each delicious item. Students will not only get to sample the treats, but will get to take some home to share with family or friends.
