The ADVANCE Transformation Award is a 5-year National Science Foundation (NSF) grant that has been awarded to California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, with the intent of creating recruitment, retention and development systems to enable women in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) fields to advance to leadership.
