Rock For Choice 2001

In 2001 and 2004, I volunteered photography services to the Feminist Majority for a function that they were hosting called Rock for Choice.

Rock for Choice is a program that unites artists together to protect abortion rights and women's health clinics.

Since the first concert in 1991, Rock for Choice, has featured popular artists such as Sarah McLachlan, Melissa Etheridge, the Bangles, Joan Jett, Stone Temple Pilots, Paula Cole, Iggy Pop, Pearl Jam, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Salt-N-Pepa, No Doubt, the Offspring, Joan Osborne, Rage Against the Machine, the Foo Fighters, and many others.

In 2001, Melissa Etheridge, Sarah McLachlan, Paula Cole, and the Bangles performed with Gillian Anderson of X-files fame as emcee for the evening.

Pictures of Paula!
These shots were taken of Paula recently at the Rock For Choice benefit held April 6th at The Hollywood Paladium. Paula gave a stunning performance to open the show which was held to benefit the Feminist Majority's Campaign to Save Roe v. Wade.
