Present the 2002/03 Budget Development Process.

Division Budget Committees convene.

Division Budget Committees assess prior year outcomes and forwards Outcome
Reports to their respective Vice President for presentation to UBAC.

Division Budget Committees forwards to their respective Vice President
a report identifying essential (core) division services and the consequences/impact
to the academic mission as a result of a 6% division budget reduction.
