  • Provide an update on the State of the Budget and enrollment trends.
  • Present the 2002/03 Budget Development Process.

  • Division Budget Committees convene.
  • Division Budget Committees assess prior year outcomes and forwards Outcome Reports to their respective Vice President for  presentation to UBAC.
  • Division Budget Committees forwards to their respective Vice President a report identifying essential (core) division services and the consequences/impact to the academic mission as a result of a 6% division budget reduction.
