delivery to UBAC via their respective Vice President.
Division Budget Committees assess prior year outcomes and forwards them
to their respective Vice President for presentation to UBAC |

requests based on identified process parameters and goals and objectives
for 2001/02. Allocation recommendations for 2001/02 are then forwarded
to the President |
