Division Budget Committees develop budget requests for delivery to UBAC via their respective Vice President.

Division Budget Committees assess prior year outcomes and forwards them to their respective Vice President for  presentation to UBAC

UBAC reviews division prior year outcomes and prioritizes requests based on identified process parameters and goals and objectives for 2001/02.  Allocation recommendations for 2001/02 are then forwarded to the President
