The CA Forum for diversity in Graduate Education is an all-day program designed to acquaint students from underrepresented groups with the career and academic opportunities associated with advanced study in a wide range of disciplines. Students will have the opportunity to meet representatives of the nation's leading graduate schools offering Master's and Ph.D. degrees and to attend workshops and panel sessions. More than 100 leading graduate institutions and over 150 representatives have already reserved tables for the event.
Forum workshops will provide information about selecting the right graduate program; the graduate application process; financial aid opportunities; preparing for the Graduate Record Examination (GRE) and employment prospects.
Transportation, lunch and the Forum itself are FREE! However, a deposit of $20.00 (refundable for those attending) is requested to reserve a place on the bus. Details on time and place of departure will be sent to students who register and submit their $20 deposit.
To participate in the forum, please fill out this pre-reservation form. Once you fill out and submit the reservation form, the website address on which you will register for the Forum will be provided to you.
