The Voss laboratory studies the function and molecular mechanisms of mammalian skeletal muscle. We have both graduate and undergraduate students working on various research projects that examine the regulation of skeletal muscle and the dysfunction of skeletal muscle in Huntington's disease. The students in this laboratory are advancing towards careers in research (often biomedical) or health professions.
