Partnership for Improvement

Focus

The success of the Administrative Affairs Division is our focus through continuous quality improvement efforts. We consistently look for better ways to improve services, exceed customers' expectations, and ultimately provide the best campus experience possible for our students. The Partnership for Improvement team provides leadership in this area, acting as a resource for the division.

By promoting changes that lead to quality-focused processes and improvement, the Partnership for Improvement initiative will set the stage for the division as we work with the campus community on achieving excellence as a learning-centered University.

The Partnership for Improvement initiative includes every division employee--we are all partners for division-wide quality improvement.

Partnership for Improvement Core Team

Sharon Reiter, Associate Vice President for Human Resource Services, leads the core team for our Partnership for Improvement efforts, with representatives of selected management and staff employees from across the Administrative Affairs Division.
