How to access Finance Web Tools

Open Internet Explorer, and enter the following URL:

http://www.csupomona.edu/~psoft/.  Once you make a choice from the menu you will be asked to enter your UserID and Password (equivalent to your e-mail UserID and Password).  

 

Using a Wild Card (%) in Finance Web Tools

Use the wildcard (%) on the Summary by Chartfield when looking up Revenues and Expenses for Reimbursed Activities.

Use the wildcard (%) to look up an inception to date balance for Trust funds. 

For Trust funds allocated on a year to year basis (Ext. Ed, Lottery) you must use Fiscal Year in your search request.
