As a more comprehensive policy on work products and records regarding ownership and retention compatible with a comprehensive Intellectual Property Policy makes its way through the policy setting structure of the campus, it will be the policy of Cal Poly Pomona that intellectual property issues be governed by Article 39 of the Memo of Understanding between the California State Univerisity and the California Faculty Association.
