Policy Statement:

Pursuant to the Drug-Free Schools and Communities Act Amendments of 1989, it is unlawful to manufacture, distribute, dispense, possess, use or sell illicit drugs or alcohol in the workplace, on University premises, at University activities, or on University business, both on campus and off.  Any employee or student violating these policies will be subject to disciplinary action.
