- If you meet the deadline, the booklet committee will meet their deadline. (=
- This SATURDAY, May 5
- Meet at 7:30am, start walking at 8:00am (as long as you want until 12:00pm)
- Around the Quad (by the Marketplace)
- Get your sponsors now!
- Get sponsored by the hour, not the mile
- Download the Sponsorship Form
- Raised money due Friday, May 18
- Please submit at least 3 ads by next Friday, May 11.

The Application and $30 fee are due on Friday, April 20!!! When you turn these in to an E-Board Member, please sign up for your picture appointment. Pictures will be taken from Monday, April 30 through Friday, May 4.
Also coming up is our FREE BBQ for paid P-Gradders!

Congratulations on completing another quarter! You're almost done, P-Gradders!
For those who weren't able to attend Info Sessions, please sign up for at least one of the following committees.
- Entertainment. In charge of performances & other entertainment for the day of P-Grad: ensure quality performances, account for all necessary equipment/feasibility of performances
- Decorations. In charge of aesthetics for the day of: come up with ideas, research prices, execute ideas (may delegate as needed) [ex: making balloon arches]
- Food. In charge of refreshments immediately following the P-Grad ceremony: research prices for catering, provide eating utensils, drinks, etc
- Fundraising. In charge of raising funds throughout the year: come up with ideas, run fundraisers. Ideas: clubbing nights, TV tapings, walk-a-thon
- Media. In charge of media on the day of P-Grad: compile pictures for the slideshows, may make videos if they so choose
- Program. In charge of putting together the souvenir program: design layout, put together content, responsible for final product
- Speech. In charge of any speeches the day of P-Grad: research & select keynote speaker, may come up with graduates' speeches.
Committee details will be e-mailed in the coming weeks.
The Fundraising Committee is in charge of planning and executing the fundraisers, but, even if you're not part of the committee, please participate in raising money. Remember, the more money you raise, the better your P-Grad will be! More info on fundraisers coming soon!

School's back in session! To start off the year, P-Grad will be holding a Brainstorm Session so you can voice your opinions on how you want this year's Pilipino Graduation Celebration to be.
