Admissions Day
Oct. 26 - California high school seniors who would like to receive on the spot admission to Cal Poly Pomona are invited to attend Admissions Day from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Reservations are required and spaces are limited to seniors with at least a 3.0 GPA and who are on track with the CSU subject requirements. Seniors will meet faculty, students and staff, attend workshops and take a tour of the campus. (909) 869-3262.

DPI 2002
Nov. 4 to Dec. 6 - Digitally Propelled Ideas (DPI) is a national juried competition that brings together artists who use computer technology to create works from a variety of disciplines, including fine art, graphic design, photography and other media. "Othello" by Shakespeare
Nov. 14 to 24 - Directed by Linda Bisesti, the theatre department will perform William Shakespeare's tragic play of jealousy, lies, revenge and murder. Ticket prices are $12 general admission and $6 students, faculty, staff and seniors. Days and times vary. (909) 869-3900.

Rose Float Deco Week
Dec. 26 to 31 - The campuses of Pomona and San Luis Obispo are looking for volunteers to help decorate the Cal Poly Universities' float for the 114th Pasadena Tournament of Roses Parade, marking the 55th Rose Parade entry. TENTH ANNUAL PUMPKIN FESTIVAL AND INSECT FAIR
Oct. 19 and 20 - Pick your own pumpkins right from the College of Agriculture's pumpkin patch. Enjoy live entertainment, food, games, horse rides and petting zoo. Admission is free. (909) 869-2205. Dec. 7 - Women's basketball will unveil the championship banner before its doubleheader game against Cal State San Bernardino at 5:30 p.m.

At 7:30, the men's team will begin its CCAA season against the conference champions.
