The Library Reference and Technical Help Desk provides help with library research tools, services, and computer problems without you leaving your workstation in the Library. You can chat live with a person at the Reference Desk or at the Tech Help Desk during the times the live chat is scheduled. Accessing the Reference and Technical Help Desk is available from all Research Workstations in the Library. Patrons using laptop computers in the Library can access the service from a web browser.
