Multimedia Production is offered as a professional service to Cal Poly faculty and staff. Project types may include interactive tools and demonstrations, interactive and traditional web design, motion graphics and animation, and DVD or CD-ROM authoring.
Our development team utilizes the latest technology in Adobe Flash, motion-graphics and design software, multimedia and web development tools, XML, AJAX, PHP, MySQL, and Perl to deliver powerful efficient applications.
Evolving browser technology along with faster internet broadband connections have recently gravitated internet users towards more rich media experiences on the internet. Websites and online tools have become a method for delivering more dynamic content along with motion graphics, interactivity, and streaming video.
I&IT Learning is taking advantage of these technologies to create engaging rich media applications and demonstrations for the educaional arena. Our goal is to push the boundaries of educational design and technology to create innovative solutions that push our university's online experience to award-winning standards.
Please visit the case studies section of the site to see examples of some of our past innovative solutions.
