Interested in joining the Kellogg Honors College? Sophomore and Transfer students can find the necessary forms below.
You must have already been accepted for admission to Cal Poly Pomona.

The deadline for applications is August 30th.
In order for your application to be considered, you must send the paper application and supporting documents in a single 9 x 12 inch manila envelope.

Letters of recommendation should be placed in sealed envelopes before being enclosed in your manila envelope.
Please note that the following forms need to be submitted before your application is complete:
DO NOT MAIL ANY ITEM SEPARATELY.
NOTE THAT THESE DOCUMENTS ARE REQUIRED BY THE KELLOGG HONORS COLLEGE AND ARE SEPARATE FROM ANY OTHER DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR ADMISSION BY THE UNIVERSITY.
