eHelpThe WIN domain provides centralized authentication to access various resources on the domain, such as Exchange and the Windows file cluster. When registered with the WIN domain, you do not need additional authentication to access Outlook and other services offered on the domain. The WIN domain is reserved for specific users and not open to everyone.
If you would like to be added to the WIN Domain, contact your Department Tech at http://www.csupomona.edu/~ehelp/techs.html.
If you are not part of a department and would like to be added to the WIN Domain, submit a Help Desk ticket or stop by the I&IT Help Desk with your Bronco Access Card or another photo ID so we can better assist you. The I&IT Help Desk is located in Building 1, Room 100. It is open Monday - Thursday, 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM and Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (excluding state holidays)..
Do NOT attempt to add yourself to the WIN domain; it may appear to work, but it can make the process more difficult.
