At Cal Poly Pomona, the concept we abbreviate as “Poly” in our name — polyTECHnic — can be found in illustrations of hi-TECH, TECHniques, bioTECH, TECHnicolor, even TECHno across campus. Because applied sciences and technical are blended into all of our academic programs, students receive a richer experience that is vital to our future. And I have seen time and time again how our polyTECHnic education can truly make the ordinary – extraordinary.
