For the most part, making a good accessible web page is no harder than making a good web page without accessibility. This tutorial is not intended to give you specific details on making your web pages accessible, nor is it a "how-to" guide for Dreamweaver or any other web design program. Instead, it deals with the basic principles of web accessibility and the laws that govern us here at Cal Poly Pomona.
