Student Registration Form

The Student Alumni Network Dinner Program it gives you the opportunity to network with Cal Poly Pomona alumni, enjoy a free meal and meet with other students.
Here is all you have to do:

Please register by January 11, 2013. Be sure to indicate which night you are available for dinner.
Wait for the Office of Alumni Affairs to e-mail you a confirmation on January 18, 2013.
Once you receive your invitation, please be sure to RSVP in a timely fashion to the student liaison who is helping our alumnus/a with logistics.
Show up on time and enjoy a wonderful meal.
Send a thank you card to your host within a week of attending dinner.
Matching is done on a first come, first serve basis.
You must attend a mandatory informational meeting on January 22nd or January 24th during u-hour.
If you register it is mandatory to show up.
