planning, layouts, and transition. Follow-up on status of LRP (equipment
funding).
Academic Programs - further discussion of options within MFE. Integration
of Taguchi Methods into curriculum (BS, MS, Certificate, Continuing Education,
etc.)
Student/Faculty Recruiting - Status of efforts since last meeting.
Engineering Colloquium - Wrap up discussion of Winter 1998 colloquium.
Current thoughts for next colloquium, Winter 1999.
Western Taguchi Center and Continuing Education - Update and discussion
of continuing education efforts for the IME Department and the College of
Engineering.
3. Engineering Interdisciplinary Clinic - Brief presentation by the
EIC Director, Dr. Chris Caenepeel. (Scheduled for 9:15 - 9:30 a.m.)
4. Optional Tour of Interim Facilities - A brief tour showing where
we have our labs during the interim period.
