Institutional memory is an amalgam of retained official documents, accumulated memos, minutes, and other paper, and the collective memories of the participants. In order for us to successfully determine where we are going, we need to have a sense of where we have been. Here is a collection of some bits and pieces; we hope it will grow (we know of several documents we want to include), and welcome contributions (although electronic submissions are cherished, paper copies are expected; most of these were scanned and digitized).
