The University Library collaborates with other libraries in the region to optimize access and delivery of shared resources, to develop new information services for students and faculty through cooperation and innovation, and to provide the synergy to foster exploration of new technology to enhance delivery of information to our campus community.

Provides a single, searchable catalog for books and other materials in 33 participating libraries; allows patrons of one of the participating libraries to electronically request an item not available in the "home" library, but available at one of the other participating libraries, and to have that item delivers to the "home" library for check out.

Provides all CSU library users with direct online access to and delivery of:
- print resources described in the CSU Libraries' Online Public Access Catalogs and described in catalogs of libraries beyond the CSU [such as libraries with consortial relationships];
- print resources described in other bibliographic/abstract databases such as periodical indices;
- digital resources, including text, image, video, and multimedia;
- Internet-based resources including those on the world wide web;
- guidance in the use and evaluation of information resources including access to self-paced information competence instruction and context-sensitive help;
- relevance-ranked search results from the multiplicity of sources.
- Arroyo Seco Library Network [Region IV of the Library of California]
Provides users with free and convenient access to services and resources offered by all libraries in California; assists libraries to improve services to the underserved.
- Inland Empire Libraries Disaster Response Network [IELDRN]
Provides mutual aid in preparing for and coping with disaster; provides expertise in library resource preservation and disaster recovery.
