The Restaurant at Kellogg Ranch is a student-operated full service restaurant and is a premier laboratory experience for students earning their Bachelor of Science Degree in Hospitality Management. The course is designed to integrate the actual operation of a public restaurant with principles and theory of the hospitality industry. Lesley has been a faculty member with The Collins School of Hospitality Management (CSHM) since the fall of 1992. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Cal Poly Pomona, (1989). Lesley is a Certified Hospitality Educator.
Before joining the CSHM, Lesley worked with FORBCO Management for five years, a company that owned & operated Sizzler Restaurant franchises. In addition, she worked with Roma Corporation, owners of Tony Roma restaurants. While working in management with Roma Corporation, Lesley helped to train employees for new store openings, managed the kitchen, the bar, and the service staff.
