Khmer American Student Organization (KaSO, pronounced “Kay-So”)
is a student organization at California State Polytechnic University,
Pomona. Even though this organization is a Khmer/Cambodian-based
student perspective, it is open for every one to join with goals
of accessing information, getting involved and taking action to
improve the awareness among the Cambodian community, both locally
and globally.
KaSO is among the many student body organizations among college
campuses nationwide. KaSO's motto is to Discover. Share. Preserve.

KaSO will be working with various Cambodian non-profit organizations
whose sole purpose of existence is to help with the betterment of
life in Cambodia. One of our current organizations is The Pookai

KaSO will also support the awareness in Khmer youth expression
for “today's world,” make education more engaging, and
build a student-support program among students through various group
gatherings, potlucks and many more…
