SCATTERPLOT 

From the menu bar, click on “Graphs,” "Interactive," and "Scatterplot...."  In the left window, select the dependent variable and drag and drop it into the first window on the right.

In the left window, select the independent variable and drag and drop it into the second window on the right.

If you wish to create a legend coding cases by a categorical variable, in left window, select that variable and drag and drop it into the third, fourth, or fifth window on the right

If you wish to label individual cases: iIn left window, select the variable whose values you wish to use as labels and drag and drop it into the bottom window on the right (next to "Label Cases By:").

If you wish to fit a regression line to the scatterplot, click on the "Fit" tab, and under "Method" select "Regression."

Click on the “Titles” tab and enter the title(s) you wish for your chart.

If you don't want color in your chart, click on the “Options" tab and select "Grayscale."

Click on "OK."
