BOXPLOTS

From the menu bar, click on “Graphs,” "Interactive," and "Boxplot."  In the left window, select the variable you wish to analyze, and drag and drop it into the first window on the right.

If you wish to produce separate boxplots for subgroups of your data: in left window, select the variable that defines the subgroups and drag and drop it into the second window on the right.

If you wish to label outliers and extreme cases: in left window, select the variable whose values you wish to use as labels and drag and drop it into the bottom window on the right.  In the "Boxes" tab, make sure that "Outliers" and "Extremes" are checked.

Click on the “Titles” tab and enter the title(s) you wish for your chart.

If you don't want color in your chart, click on the “Options" tab and select "Grayscale."

Click on "OK."
