Dr. Jill Nemiro is an Assistant Professor in Psychology and Sociology at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. Dr. Nemiro's research interests are in organizational team creativity, and the virtual workplace.

She has published and presented numerous papers on teams and creativity. Professionally, Jill worked for twenty years in the entertainment industry, as a film and videotape editor, specializing in management training and corporate videos. Dr. Nemiro received her Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from Claremont Graduate University.
