If you are employed by Cal Poly Pomona and you and/or your eligible dependent are enrolling at another CSU campus, please check with that campus for their specific Fee Waiver deadlines, and submit your Cal Poly Pomona Fee Waiver Application to our office in a timely manner for us to collectively meet their deadline. It is requested that you submit your waiver to our office a minimum of two weeks in advance to the other CSU campus' deadline to allow for our review/approval and turnaround processing time at the campus of enrollment. In the past, we have attempted to process late waivers to assist employees by reducing their bills prior to the deadline to pay fees, when possible. However, we are no longer able to process late waivers during this period.
If your approved forms are received after the Cal Poly Pomona Fee Waiver submittal deadlines, you must pay the full fees due by the established deadline to pay fees. Exceptions, for such events as processing errors, will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. You may be eligible for a refund of the fees covered by the waiver, so long as the late waiver is received by the end of the academic term for which it is to be applied. Note: refunds are not processed until after census week (approximately 9 weeks into the quarter).
