Construct a new 123,000 square foot concrete tilt-up speculative office facility on a 6.7 acre Innovation Village Research Park site. The new three story structure is the second of several facilities master planned for the Research Park to partner with organizations which are aligned with the mission of the University and will promote partnerships within the university’s academic environment as well as provide jobs and economic grow to our surrounding community. Trammell Crow Company will be overseeing the construction of this speculative office complex which will include site improvements, a new bio-swale storm water drainage system, and an energy efficient structure which is set to exceed Title 24 energy standards by 15%.
