Cal Poly Pomona provides an online location in which students, staff and faculty members may download and access licensed software. For a list of the license software available to you, view the following web page: http://www.csupomona.edu/~ehelp/software/software_licenses.shtml.
You will need to use your BroncoName and BroncoPassword to access the software resource. Your BroncoName will be the first part of your Cal Poly Pomona email address (e.g.: billybronco@csupomona.edu).
You can look up your email address with People Search (link opens in a new window).
Note: For the search parameters for People Search, select "exact match" and type your name as one word with an asterisk between your first and last name (e.g.: Billy*Bronco).
To re-set your BroncoPassword, see eHelp's BroncoPassword Self-Reset tutorial.
NOTE: Mounting a drive to access Intranet files with Windows Vista is not recommended as it requires lowering the security for Windows Vista.
Vista and the current Intranet use different challenge/response authentication protocol which is required for network log-on. Therefore, it is recommended that users access their Intranet files via a secure FTP program. For more information on secure FTP programs including tutorials and recommendations, see eHelp's Connecting: Secure vs. Insecure Protocols.
From the Start menu:
Click on Go and select Connect to Server.
