Delivering Your Email to Exchange:
NOTE: The campus Exchange service provides an email and calendaring system for faculty, staff, students, auxiliary organizations and sponsored affiliates. Click here for more details.
The following steps will assist you in changing your Cal Poly Pomona email settings such that your email messages are delivered to your Exchange account. After changing your email forwarding, make sure you reconfigure your Outlook client application for the Exchange server. Click here for instructions in reconfiguring your Outlook client.
- Using an internet browser (such as Internet Explorer), go to My Control Panel.
- Use your BroncoName and BroncoPassword when prompted for a user name and password.
- Click on the "Summary" tab.
- Verify your current "mail forwarding" setting.

- Select the "Mail" tab.
- Select the radio button "Deliver to Exchange mailbox".
- Click the "Change Forwarding" button to set your changes.

- Go back to the Summary tab. Verify your email is now being forwarded to Exchange. You should see "Delivered to exchange mailbox" next to the "mail forwarding" field.
NOTE:
- This setting change could take up to 15 minutes to go through the system.
