The Purdue University Writing Lab provides a step-by-step procedure for writing a research paper. This site also includes punctuation hints, advice on using quotes, paraphrasing, and summarizing. Also covers how to cite sources, both print and electronic. |

| As the name implies, you can search individual dictionaries or several of them at the same time (takes longer). Contains dictionaries for specific disciplines: arts and humanities, business, computer, internet, medicine, and science to name a few. Also includes special dictionaries such as: slang, acronyms and abbreviations. |
