Attendance Policy: If you miss more than four classes without documentation that it is a University recognized absence you will receive a failing grade. Two tardy arrivals will count as one unexcused absence.
Make-up Policy: a make-up must be pre-arranged, and for University recognized reasons.

 10-12 page term paper - 100 points
Take-home midterm and final
- 200 points
Quizzes - 150 points


The grading scale is calculated off the top points scored in class:
92.5%-100% = A
82.5%-92.4% = B
72.5%-81.4% = C
62.5%-71.5%% = D
62.4% & below= F

You do not have a letter grade at any time during the course,
you only have accumulated points.
Letter grades are awarded at the end of the course.

Final Exam - Thursday, Dec 8th- 9:10 a.m. to 11:10 a.m.
