2. Who's in jail and why? Who's not in jail and why?

3. What do you think about waivers to adult courts of juvenile offenders?

An "A" paper will be free of typos, grammatical or spelling errors, very well written and argued, and supported by an impressive degree of supporting materials drawn from your readings and lectures. Each answer should be no shorter than 2/3 of a page in length.

Do offer your own personal opinion, but do not do so without first and foremost drawing upon theorists, arguments, and data to support your opinion. Discuss alternative ways of viewing these issues as well.
